Current Caretaker:

Scott Stout

HISTORY OF THE 3:  (Readers Digest Version). In 1971, Two Triumph TR-3s ran head-on to each other while playing "Chicken" (Remember-it was the 70's).  I bought both cars (my first and second car) and put my car together with parts from both cars and did the first frame-off.  I drove it for years and even used it to deliver Domino’s Pizza.  In the 80's it was time to go racing gymkhana and rally.  In 1999 it was accepted in the Boonshoft Museum Concours. In the early 2000's it was back to 3 successive years of winning the SCCA, Area 86, Vintage Class A, titles in Solo2.  In 2004 the race parts were stripped, another restoration was completed and the car returned to the street. Over the years it's been on and off the frame several times, engines in and engines out (I have 3 motors. 2 Stock & 1 HOT!).  The kit includes an Electric Fuel Pump, Electric Cooling Fan, Oil Cooler, a Watts Link, Front & Rear Sway Bars, 3 sets of Front Springs and 2 sets of Rear Springs, Multiple Height Settings, Adjustable Front Shocks, Rack & Pinion from a TR6, Quaife LSD & 4:11 Gears, Overdrive and Toyota Front Brakes. The Interior is leather and the carpet was replaced for the 2020 TRA National Meet. Currently, it's a 100% Driver and needs rockers. The paint is Epoxy from 1971. It lives in a heated garage and is only fed hi-test and VR1 20/50. This car is not for sale. (everything is for sale)
